Our professional stagers will tour your home and provide a report of suggestions and even rent furniture or arrange for painting and other updates using our network of reputable contractors.
For new construction homes, we offer virtual staging services, allowing potential buyers to envision what a home would look like furnished!
We will also tour your home looking for updates and repairs that will impact the price of your home.

Negotiating and Accepting an Offer
What an exciting time, an offer on your home. We will present you the offer (and in many cases offers) and present them and review all the terms with you! We will work with you and the buyers’ agent to ensure that price, terms, closing dates, pre-approval/financing, and contingencies. In some instances a counter-offer is made and we will continue until a suitable offer or buyer is found!
Once you accept an offer, the next step is to schedule a home inspection. If any issues are found we will sort through the issues and work to a mutually agreeable solution.
Purchase & Sales Agreement
We are almost there! We will work with your attorney to write up a P&S that fully spells out all of the terms pertaining to the sale.
In most cases, the buyer will be applying for a mortgage. The bank will order an appraisal and provide you with a report. We will work with both sides to help the process along and can provide referrals for lenders, attorneys and provide a market analysis, if needed, to substantiate the price.
There are a lot of steps that must be followed prior to closing, but don’t worry, we know the process and use state-of-the-art software to ensure that no details are missed.
From smoke and carbon dioxide inspections, Title V and other documents, our team will work with you every step of the way.
We will join you at the Closing and even provide a gift to help you celebrate!
